In an effort to determine work habits, honesty, and integrity of a security applicant, an investigation of at least three previous employers is administered. A new computerized technology called Impairment Testing is an alternative to drug testing and an important facet of our qualifications process. Impairment Testing is more accurate and thorough than traditional drug testing because it measures cognitive, perceptual, and psycho-motor functions which are able to detect the applicant’s inability to perform adequately due to fatigue, illness, and stress.
Additional background investigations may include consumer credit reports, Social Security Number verification, driver’s license check through the Department of Motor Vehicles, and other specialized services.
